What Our Customers Are Saying
"Great job, quick and painless!"
These gentlemen were polite and efficient. They replaced a few parts under warranty and gave my heat pump a great and well needed cleaning. I so appreciated them calling me to see if I needed any support. Great company to deal with from installation a few years back to a servicing today! Thank you!
— Sandra G.
“Innovative went above and beyond.”
While here for my annual heat pump cleaning, he discovered I didn't have a surge protector and that my dryer vent wasn't properly vented. He returned today to install both. He even went above and beyond, coming inside to make sure the dryer vent was tightly and properly connected. Love the work and can't wait to recommend him to family and friends!
— Brittany C.
“Polite, honest and efficient professionals.”
Carter and Moe were fantastic! I have a whole new opinion of Innovative, and trust me, they're a new and improved business compared to what I experienced several years ago. I won't hesitate to call on them again in the future. I'm especially grateful my warranty was honoured. Thank you for the excellent service, gentlemen!
— Kimberley W.
“Showed up fast and got it done right.”
Innovative installed the heat pumps in my house, and I've dealt with them since I moved in at the end of 2022. I've always been more than satisfied. At my last service call for routine cleaning, technician Moe was evidently competent, incredibly fast, and obliging. Recommended without hesitation.
